Returns
If you have an issue with your order, email us in right away so we can inform our warehouse about it. This especially applies to orders that are currently In Process. This way, we may be able to stop processing the item so it will not be printed and shipped out.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you already have the item but decide you do not want it, we will refund you once we receive the item returned to the warehouse. You can ship it back to this address: Printex Inc 401 S Maple Ave, Hannibal, MO 63401
If you order the wrong size, color or item, you can return the item to the above warehouse and we will send a replacement. It’s best to add also a note inside with the name, Order ID and the requested item’s color and size. (This is to inform the warehouse right away when they check the package received.)
If you have received incorrect order completely, let our support team know immediately. Please obtain proof of wrong item sent, such as color of shirt, damages, size or item. A picture of the actual item received is good proof for us to examine and to send to Printex. As such, it must be sent to us not later than a week after receiving the item. Rest assured, Printex will send replacement for free so you will not have to pay for shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
The product I received looks different from the mockup.
> There will be slight changes from the actual product compared to the on-screen item or the mockup. The important factor to know with DTG printing is that we unfortunately only have so much control over what happens when the print machines read the digital files and then mix colors automatically to output ink onto cloth based on the actual RGB values used, versus what the designer thought it looked like on a digital backlit computer screen.
Computer screens alter the true printable color values depending on brightness settings, display type (LCD, LED, IPS, etc), whether it's being viewed on a desktop/laptop/mobile phone, and so forth. Not much of a concern with standard colors such as White or Black, but when you start getting into specific shades of pink, blue, green, and so forth, it becomes more of a challenge.
